Tower 7 at Dubai Creek Harbour is a 298 m, 62-storey mixed-use development comprising 340 residential units, 28,000 m² of Grade A office space, and a 200-key boutique hotel occupying the top 12 floors. The building achieved LEED Platinum certification in Q2 2025 — the first tower in the development to do so.
The structural system uses a perimeter steel diagrid that eliminates the need for interior columns above level 8, creating 22 m clear-span floor plates with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline and Creek waterfront. The diagrid nodes are 3D-printed in G355 steel using wire-arc additive manufacturing, reducing connection fabrication time by 70% compared to conventional welded nodes.
District cooling integration reduces HVAC energy consumption by 42% versus standalone chiller plants. BIM Level 3 delivery across 22 discipline models ensured zero spatial conflicts during construction, with the project completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Smart building systems include AI-driven elevator dispatching, real-time air quality monitoring, and predictive maintenance for all MEP systems.
