Early careers
We believe the best engineers learn on site, not just in lecture halls. Our graduate and apprenticeship programmes are designed to give you real project responsibility from day one, supported by mentors who have delivered billion-dollar programmes.
Graduate programme
Start your career on a site, not in a cubicle.
18-month rotational programme across three disciplines and two countries. Open to engineering and construction management graduates. You will spend your first rotation on an active project site, your second in a design office, and your third in a concession operations centre.
Apprenticeships
Learn a trade from the people who wrote the book.
Four-year programmes in carpentry, steelwork, marine fabrication, and heritage restoration. Paid from day one. Apprentices work alongside master craftspeople on live projects, earning nationally recognised qualifications while contributing to real buildings from their first month.
