Investor communications data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 36 months for regulatory record-keeping. Where data is subject to litigation hold, it is retained until the matter is resolved.

Wepex Group operates across 26 countries. Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Singapore.
